The Mbl 100 Monoblock is made of a
filler and a corking machine and its frame
is made of stainless steel.
This machine is set for bottles with a
75mm diameter and 75cl capacity
(Bordolese bottles).
On request all the mechanical parts to fit
this machine to bottles of other sizes up to
375mm high can be supplied.
The Mbl 100 Monoblock is set for corks
with a 22-26mm diameter up to 50mm
high, but it can be fitted for corks up to
28mm diameter by changing some
mechanical parts.
The output per hour is about 850
Bordolese bottles (with 75 cl capacity).
If a higher output is needed, it is
advisable to equip this machine with the
light vacuum filling, in this case, it is also
possible to bottle oil when straight natural
Cork stoppers are needed.
